Batman2412:It didn't rollover as I saw the accrued interest seated in my cash account and a new accrued interest started again from zero. Principal is only showing the initial funds with no added interest. |

| Re: Mutual Funds by freeman67: 10:47am On Oct 04, 2024 |
Rhyah:What that means is that it's either you did not instruct them to roll over your interests from the beginning or they is an oversight on their part. So, what you have to do now is mail them a fresh instruction to do it. Then send/deposit the one in your account to them Mutual Fund account. That's all |

|
| Re: Mutual Funds by emmasoft(m): 10:55am On Oct 05, 2024 |
Gadgetking:As the name implies automatic save is a feature that enable you to automate your regular top up so that you don't need to be manaully doing transfer anytime you wish to top up. It's achievable if you plan to top up regularly at a particular date. it's just like giving your bank a mandate to make payment on your behalf. |

I just had a funny and wonderful experience with Stanbic MMF. I placed a redemption request on 2nd October @ 1pm. I assumed the account I set up for redemption is GTB and I've been expecting the alert since 3rd October on my GTB account, because I placed the withdrawal late and I don't expect them to handle the request on the same day. Today being 7th I was already calling their Customer Service while going through my email to confirm again before they answer the call because this was strange. They always handle requests as early as possible. I kept scrolling until I saw an alert from Stanbic on that same 2nd of October by 4pm. The transfer was done to my Stanbic savings account. I was surprised because this didn't take them up to 24 hours to send the funds to me. It took them only 3 hours. I had to quickly end the call before they answer. Lol Thank God for Stanbic MMF. Good job to Stanbic MMF team. |

VeeInsider:Crediting your account same day is one of their strongest points. Once all your security details are well set up and correct you will not have issues with them on that. |

Don't let your money be relaxing while you work rather make your money work hard while you relax Invest in low risk investment options with Norrenberger see attached rates and account opening form.

emmasoft:The bid price is now 103.20 ... meanwhile i bought some unit at 105.05 on 23-sept.I don't understand, did the price fall or what happened? |
| Re: Mutual Funds by emmasoft(m): 2:26pm On Oct 12, 2024 |
vefexam:This is what happened, for a price based mutual fund like the NDF, the amount of dividend paid per unit is always deducted from the current price of a unit of the fund. This is the industrial practice, it's just like stocks when companies declare dividend, at mark down dates, the dividend per share is deducted from the current stock price. |

A few weeks ago, some people were complaining that the referral link for StanbicIBTC was useless and that the asset managers does not reward for referals, I have to state that it is not true, because just a few days ago, someone from here registered using my referal code and my points has been increasing over time (I think whenever the person funds their account), I remember I signed up using Emmasoft's link and I am paying it forward and saying please register with my link and may God continue to flourish the balance of that aunty so that she will be investing more. Good morning everyone, please can someone explain to me in "detail" what Stanbic money market fund is all about? 2. What is their interest rate? 3. Can I deposit a large sum in the account at once and leave it there OR do I have to be depositing the money bits by bits? 4. Can I also withdraw all my money or some part of it whenever I want? Thank you so much. |
| Re: Mutual Funds by Obinnau(m): 4:22pm On Oct 19, 2024 |
Amycanada:StanbicIBTC Money market fund is a form of investment where you keep your money to beat the high inflation in Nigeia, that is, you get returns on the investment based on a set rate that changes according to the CBN monetary polic rate. So in simpler terms, you deposit your money with Stanbic IBTC Assset managers and they help you grow your funds. it is a low risk investment because the MONEY MARKET MUTUAL FUNDS (emphasis on money market mutual funds), invests primarily on Tbills and govt bonds wich has very low chances of default except the Nigerian government does not exist anymore. There are other mutual fund investments that are medium and high risk, but as a beginner you are encouraged to stick to the money market mutual fund. The current rate is currently about 20% (banks pay you about 6 % on your deposits if you leave your money in traditonal savings accounts). You can do a minimum investment deposit of 5000 naira and up to a trillion .You can choose to deposit your money in bits and bits if you so choose or in one lump sum. yes, you can withdraw the money whenever you want, you have to submit a withdrawal request and the managers will effect in in 1 or 2 business working days back to the account you provided to them during your registration. I encourage you to use my referral link to register and if you have any questions you can drop it hear. https://www.stanbicibtcfundsmanagement.com/invest-now-4b5rly98 |
