I think some form of cardio exercise is also recommendable, though not everyday.Cardio is great for our cardiovascular health.Sprint for example has proven to help in reducing belly fat.

That's a plyometric exercise which is also beneficial.l would try that.l still think we should incorporate some form of cardio workouts like running, cycling, brisk walking etc to our regimen,for better blood circulation and general wellness.

Yeah, you’re right. Jumping lunges when done with high intensity is highly physically demanding
