Not in this case. That man spent almost a year in Nigerian jail, ask yourself, how long will be the maximum sentence for his crime if convicted and sentences run concurrently? He served his time in jail.

The fact is that FG got its demand same way US did with Binance in US. I am happy for him and his family. He was unfortunate to be working for an organization that allegedly committed financial crimes in Nigeria.
