Everything you read on DISCOS,NNPC, MINISTRY OF POVERTY ALIEVIATION= CORRUPTION. 1.Discos have no plans for making Nigeria great! 2.NNPC is a Dead dog but wants to be relevant - as they have been exposed- with Dangote Refinery on c#board - Past Govts have been using it as Kalokalo- where the leaders have no say but govt( executives were just eating the Oil) ,while Poverty is seeing everywhere. Up till now, Govt Refineries have failed to come alive because our leaders prioritise their Personal benefits above the People that elected them. Very Shameful Indeed. |

Kukutente23:I don't say what I don't know,I was still there this week.....and they all confirmed it, though they were complaining the charge was too high as they were paying just 4k b4 for barely 6 hrs a day but I tried to make them understand that compared to Lagos ,they were getting a good deal for that amount.....it's agbado area ikedc disco. |

If giving Nigerians free prepaid meters is/as the only palliative Tinubu can achieved.. He shall be forever be remembered once in a while in the good books of the county just as OBJ enjoys being tagged to GSM. |

Kukutente23:Dem just dey bring heavy bills each month, every month there's 20% increment for the last 3 months. We've been battling for prepaid Meter for over a year now, nothing insight. I paid 15-20k bills for light I don't use more than 3 times in a month. I only return from work every 2 weeks, sometimes once in a month. This country is gone |

Lithiumite:1. Agbado is not Ogun state 2. Ogun state is under Ibadan Disco not Ikeja 3. Nobody gets 12hrs to 16hrs light daily in Nigeria. That's a lie 4. It's virtually impossible to pay 4k in estimated billing at least in the past 4 years. Not even in the north is it possible. Quote me anywhere |

Kukutente23:It funny how people brazenly display ignorance with so much confidence....it really amuses me!! Agbado is in iffo LGA and which LG bears that name in Lagos state . IKEDC covers upto some parts of Sango and addo odo- ota LGA in Ogun state. As I am typing this right now I currently have public power running and we do 16 to 18 hrs conveniently. As recently as 2022,they were still paying 4k monthly but power was very poor as they hardly did 6 hrs a day. |
| Re: Electricity Tariff: 85.2% Of Households Are Still On Estimated Billing by Kukutente23(op): 3:35pm On Oct 25, 2024 |
Lithiumite:Are you aware of the existence of Agbado/Oke-odo LCDA in Lagos state? It is impossible to have 12,16,18 hrs light concurrently in Nigeria Just last week we had grid collapse twice Was your area exempted? 4k bills for estimated bill stopped at around 208/19. I know what I'm saying |
| Re: Electricity Tariff: 85.2% Of Households Are Still On Estimated Billing by Lithiumite: 3:42pm On Oct 25, 2024 |
Kukutente23:The Agbado I am talking about is in iffo LGA in Ogun state. There is regular power in my area as we speak atleast 16 to 18 hrs and this can go on for several weeks.....I just got back from ikire in osun state where I had to depend so much on my power bank but since I got back over 2 wks now,I haven't had any need for it or my generator. As at 2022 in the area I mentioned they were paying 4k for about 6 hrs a day though it was quite erratic. I know what I am saying. |
| Re: Electricity Tariff: 85.2% Of Households Are Still On Estimated Billing by Kukutente23(op): 4:04pm On Oct 25, 2024 |
Lithiumite:So national grid collapse did not affect your area What area is that? What about when the Minister for Darkness came out to say they were owing gas suppliers $1.5bn as the reason for no light. You still had 18hrs light then? Haba!! Be taking this thing easy na I can show you receipts of estimated billing in 2022 if you doubt me. No area in Nigeria was paying 4k except if your mother-in-law was cutting corners with the Disco guys |

nairalanda1:See, I believe it is ok sometimes to go hard on people though I never do untill someone starts it. You can check my comments. But even at that, I believe it is a glaring lack of respect for one's parents to insult the parents of others. I wouldn't do it except someone shoots first. I give as much as I take when it comes to such things. I let yours slide because regardless of our differences of opinion, I kinda like how you present your points even if laced with lies. That's why I am shocked you could go so low. But don't take my letting it slide for lack of what to say back. I enjoin you to be guided going forward |
