Most of these "workers" are ghost workers.

If there are ghost workers in any government organization, it's probably because the government themselves are using it to siphon money... All these government jobs do more verification than private organizations.

In Lagos, for instance, almost every year, they verify the identity of their workers, you submit and resubmit all your certificates, credentials, NIN, etc, so tell me, how can there be ghost workers unless the government themselves are the ones allowing it?

Background check? Mention his achievement apart from traveling and pealing off roads on already existing roads in minna, wasting of tax payers money, money that he supposed to repair or do new road where there is no road . Do you think you can just open your mouth anyhow

This goes to show that the federal allocations to the various states really increased. It means some of these states could afford at least 100k minimum wage if they are been honest.

it also means federal government could afford to pay more than 70k if they are honest too.

Come to Kogi that claims to pay 72k minimum wage. After the consequenciall adjustment, level 8 still dey collect 96k. Level 8 na graduates entry level ooo. Only 40k was added to the previous 56k for level 8, while some levels 30k to 20k, even 10k was added to higher levels. Yet they will go on air and claim they are paying minimum wage. Wat an insult. Nigeria government no sincere at all.

Please is there any person who knows what a level 10 officer earns in a State with this current minimum wage. Has any state paid her workers the new minimum wage

While this action of Gov Bago is commendable, I wish the table and the Consequential adjustment is done with regards to the current reality. Most of the salary structure tables drafted by this States are nothing to write home about.

NLC under Joe Ajero obviously was compromised and under negotiated the minimum wage with the Federal Government to the extent that State Governors are now willing to pay above Federal Government. Its very shameful. Federal Government should be paying nothing less than #120,000 as minimum wage.

Delta is 77,500 same with the FG. If Rivers can pay 85k, Sheriff should up his game.
