Dalohad:The people who want you to believe they felt so bad that Ironsi centralised the civil service of the 4 Region's were the same people who cheered and applauded Gowon as He abolished the 4 Region's altogether, and removed resource control 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 |

Igbos are fond of lying to themselves in those their township meetings all over the place. This is why they run out and take crazy decisions always based on lies of somebody’s ego. They thought from their small villages they could subjugate a whole country full of tribes with centuries experience of war vs their township skirmishes. The gentility of a lion does not show just how lethal his attack can be. Well they found out. Truth is regions were harder for foreign forces to take advantage of. Central control by installing a puppet was what was desired. Azikiwe is the vulture who thought he would have benefitted from Cebtralizing government and bringing Nigeria under full slavery of the British since he could not become Premiere of the West. It backfired on all the greedy bleeps and we have Nigeria of today. Azikiwe was the instigator and beneficiary of that coup. That was a coup within a coup. With a hidden hand and vulture waiting to swoop and rip the benefits. But he severely in his arrogance underestimated Nigerians. He thought he was educated, had powerful friends and smarter. Even his colonialist friends did him leg over. When you betray your own, outsiders can never trust you! Gowon was a clown desperate to be used by imperialist. Smiling like a he goat because he was paraded like a dutiful slave on the streets of London by the Queen. After selling out his country. |

paramakina202:You shoukd ask Gowon, that question. I guess, probably for the same reason Ironsi and his fuc.kt.ar.d advisers came up with the stupid idea in the first place. |

2mch:@ bolded.............. been saying this all along. The Jan 15th, 1966 coup was a coup within a coup. On the one hand is the ifeajunna coup however on the other hand is the zik, ojukwu, ironsi coup. |

T9ksy:So why ain't you blaming Gowon as much as you are blaming Ironsi? |
| Re: If Gowon Had Implemented Aburi, There Would Have Been No War - Omirhobo by T9ksy(m): 3:08pm On Oct 27, 2024 |
paramakina202:Simply because, it was Ironsi and his covetous kinsmen who created the avenue that the fulanis have been utising to oppress and dominate everyone else in nigeria. These mofos are not even indigenous "nigerians"!!! |
| Re: If Gowon Had Implemented Aburi, There Would Have Been No War - Omirhobo by paramakina202: 3:34pm On Oct 27, 2024 |
T9ksy:Simply put! Yorubas are one of the benficiaries of Ironsi's decree 34 from Awo serving Gowon as number 2 man to OBJ to Tinubu non have lifted a finger to return Nigeria to what it was before Ironsi's short lived regime rather they keep consolidating on the unification decree. |
| Re: If Gowon Had Implemented Aburi, There Would Have Been No War - Omirhobo by T9ksy(m): 4:47pm On Oct 27, 2024 |
paramakina202:Yeah, of course! If that will soothe your troubled soul. Ironsi's decree 34 was a "winner takes all". There's no room for second best. From Awo's 2ic to Gowon, who was a fulani stooge to Obj who was released from prison to occupy arsehole rock by the same fulanis who jailed him initially, for treason and now to Tinubu who bent over backwards for the same mofos who have been slaughtering his yoruba people on their ancestral land for eons, just so they could gift him the keys to the presidency. |

loffyloffy:Fake Accomodators I know you prefer Fulani who have kpaid 25k accomodators in the past one year according to Yoruba nation leader. You know politics and know how to rig and win election but do not know how to govern and make the country great for everyone. |
| Re: If Gowon Had Implemented Aburi, There Would Have Been No War - Omirhobo by paramakina202: 8:23pm On Oct 27, 2024 |
T9ksy:Why blame Ironsi if these Yoruba leaders could not undone what Ironsi did in less 6 months after 57 years they conspired and grabbed power? Why complain when the ball is in Yoruba court to return us to pre 1966 coup system? You guys won't do that because you are just using decree 34 as propaganda tool to blackmail the Igbos not that you do not like it. |
| Re: If Gowon Had Implemented Aburi, There Would Have Been No War - Omirhobo by T9ksy(m): 8:48pm On Oct 27, 2024 |
paramakina202:For your infantile mind now, because a yoruba man is in arse. Hole rock, that automatically means ,its yorubas in power? Sorry to burst your bubble but the fulanis are the real owners of Nigeria and they have been at the helms of our political affairs ever since we attained independence from the brits. Nigeria is doomed......no one can save Nigeria from these fulani barbarians from the sahel. |

T9ksy:So with Yoruba chief of army staff, inspector general of police,EFCC chairman,Customs and virtually every important position in Nigeria is under Yoruba control plus the commander in chief still no balls to take decisive decisions like Ironsi?Still dey fear Fulani when all the power is your fücking hands. Why grab power if you do not know what to do with it? No wonder you all dread Igbo man return to power 😂😂😂✔ |

T9ksy:Right on all counts but the last paragraph (and even that is partially right). If Southern politicians can forget their differences and align as one political block, the so called Northern power political cabal is toast. Middle belt are now realising they too can have a say, if they joined a united South too, for the first time ever, the Northern political group will be a minority. Sadly, or maybe not so, Southern politicians are greedy, easily bribed and simply cannot see the bigger picture. Most of them would rather do boy boy for a northerner than a fellow Southerner. Northern party NPN made it clear ro Abiola that his money was nothing in politics, same for Northern party PDP letting Peter Obi and Wike know that their rotation promise was not going to be fulfilled as long as a Northerner was interested in their Presidential ticket. |

paramakina202:No one dreads an Ndigbo returning to power, you can't bully and abuse people into voting an Ndigbo, that won't work. No one fears Ndi Fulani, it is clear that they are master strategists in Nigerian politicis. Despite all this time Ndigbo voted as a block for PDP, look at how they treated Peter Obi to make him leave. This is the Ndigbo that anyone fears àbi? The power to make or break politically in Nigeria is in Ndi North hands, take it or leave it. Wasn't Goodluck president, didn't you see how they didn't want him to assume power after Yar Adua was shown to no longer be able to perform his duties? Didn't you see how they quickly discarded him when they realise he was of no use again? You that you have balls, go and take the Northern politicians on now. A group that Peter Obi can't counter depute the huge support he had. North is not anyone's mate politically, Ndigbo attitude needs to change to realise that. |

aswani:Please, open your eyes and smell the blasted coffee!!! Remember, when the subject of independence for the new country was being discussed? The sardunna shamelessly admitted that they, the northerners, are not equipped to administer to their region and as such, it will be left to the "infidels" - the educated southerners who will be in charge (administratively) of their (northern) region. This idea was quite inconceivable and untenable to the islamic north. They would rather stand alone than be under the service of the non-islamic but progressive south. Unfortunately, nothing has changed as far as the fulanis are concerned. In spite of their vice-like grip on the governance of the country for the past 6 decades, their region is still the least develop and the poorest in nigeria. Nevertheless, th ey would rather burn down the whole flippin' country than have to answer to an infidel in their (own) supposedly country. Even, if that southerner would bring much needed development to the whole country. This is why i asserted that this country is not redeemable. |

T9ksy:Like I said, a united Southeen politicial class will neutralise the Northern political cabal and easily too. The problem is with the greedy southern politicians, imagine PDP southern delegates giving their votes to Atiku. It's not the country that needs to be redeemed, it's the South and it's politicians. By the way you think if the south breaks up today, the same crap wouldn't be happening in the various countries that is has dissolved into? |

aswani:When you are a weak lead be sure you will be tossed around.GEJ was one of those weak leaders. Yoruba can't be complaining about northern domination when Tinubu is running a Yoruba federal government of Nigeria. No government have ran a one sided government like this Tinubu regime. So if he still feel insecure after his tribalistic appointments nothing can help him.Tinubu have the constitutonal power to reform Nigeria you guys should stop making excuses for him. |

paramakina202:How many igbos made an august visit to their maker on account of Ironsi's so-called " decisive decision" ? Never mind the civil war's collateral damages, how many igbos are still been slaughtered because of that du.mb decisive decision, Ironsi made 6 decades ago? During Jonathan govt. when you igbos hijack his reign, i suppose, going by your juvenile postulation, there was no igbo man with humongous intestinal fortitude available to attempt a reversal of Ironsi's decisive decision of May 1966? Why is everything about you guys has to be d.i.ck measuring with the yorubas? You can't say "good morning" without trying to compare it with how yorubas says, "good morning". |
| Re: If Gowon Had Implemented Aburi, There Would Have Been No War - Omirhobo by paramakina202: 12:42pm On Oct 28, 2024 |
T9ksy:Ironsi and other Igbo officers paid for the sins of january 66 coup plotters not necessarily because of decree 34. You grabbed power and Fulani did not stop you from running one of the worse tribalistic one sided government in the history of this country and turn around to tell us Fulani owns Nigeria when actually you have taken over and dominated every sensitive positions to the exclusion others. If decree 34 was that bad why is Nigeria still running a unitary government 60 years after the death of Ironsi? Igbos never hijacked GEJ's government rather Igbos served in his government like other ethnic groups. |

paramakina202:Why didn't Goodluck or Obj break the Northern hegemony? President Tinubu is getting there but of course they will fight back and most likely defeat him. If Obidients can rally round President Tinubu, I am telling you, that is when the North will start quaking in their boots. Power behind the throne in Nigeria has always been Northern politicians, starting from when Zik toppled headlong into their trap instead of an alliance with Awo, hopefully Peter Obi won't make the same mistake. |
| Re: If Gowon Had Implemented Aburi, There Would Have Been No War - Omirhobo by paramakina202: 1:32pm On Oct 28, 2024 |
aswani:Tinubu is in bed with the north.Their alliance was sealed since 2015.Obidients is a youth movement for change in Nigeria I doubt they will ever support president Tinubu with the way he is currently running his government. |
| Re: If Gowon Had Implemented Aburi, There Would Have Been No War - Omirhobo by aswani(m): 1:41pm On Oct 28, 2024 |
paramakina202:He tricked the North into thinking he was senile and weak, they now see him standing up to them regarding appointments etc and they are fuming. Much as I admire the passion and fire inside Obidients, they have zero idea of politiking in Nigeria and will remain on the outside until they see the big picture. They should go and ask Awolowo. Anyway, nuitn spoil. |

aswani:Tinubu really played smart one on the north I must say he is good at that but he is yet to convince Nigerians he is going to be a great leader and a nation builder.Grabbing power at all cost is one thing and using it well is another thing. |

Ojiofor:Fake enough to make your people prosperous and living fine..80 to 90% of successful SE, made their fortune outside the SE, yet they believe the people of the land that blessed them so much hates them. And to your second point. SE must have demonstrated that they know how to govern by the way they govern the states in their region. Which is not the case. You keep on spreading hatred and looking down on people from other regions, and you are surprised your politicians cannot win a national election |

Talking as if we are only found in Lagos...Guy we are everywhere around world. If I tell you where I am typing from you go bow. So keep quiet with your accomodating bullshit.Except Lagos which is federal effort no other Yoruba state is better than any state in SE. |

Ojiofor:First off, why would anyone bow if they know where you are typing from, do you yourself know where they are typing from even? This is childish. The solution to stopping Ndi Yoruba boasting about acomodating Ndigbo in Lagos is simple. I hope it doesn't happen but Ndigbo can always leave Lagos enmasse especially as Okwute Peter Obi has apparently created a mini Dubai in Anambra. I will reiterate, this should not happen. What yardstick are you using to compare other Yoruba states and Ala Igbo ones? Not saying you are wrong but it'll be nice if you put your comparison in context. |

aswani:I said that because every Olu and Ade believes every Igbo man lives in Lagos or Yoruba land. It is only a primitive society that see fellow citizens as foreigners to be accomodated in their own country and see it as a favour. You are not doing us any favour and you can't even accomodate yourself talkless of accomodating someone else. It is up to you to prove with exception of Lagos state that the other five states in SW is better than SE states. |

This however did not stop you guys from the mental trap that spread the believe that other people that allows you to dwell and prosper in their community hates you. |
