in case you have not figured it out yet, they are using the naira to destroy people financially.

IN the same way you cant tell the time with a clock that's running too fast , you cannot use the naira as legal tender or money, unless you want financial ruin.

Under any normal circumstances it would be a criminal offence to force people to use such a valueless as currency as legal tender.

And whom ever wants to tax you, after paying so much tax already in inflation is simply trying to kill you off.

Its as simple as that, so tat anybody who is not billionaire looking to get married and settle down is asking for trouble .

The rate at which naira is depreciating is set to depopulation in a hurry .

This is going on worldwide , thats why price of gold is going to the moon , but unlike the rest of the world where the currency devaluation is happening more gradually , in Africa its set to murder quickly.

They dont want people around anymore, and if you not rich and working on bringing more people to the world, they will take it as insult, cause they are always checking the birth rate in the hospital , so long as that number is higher than they want it, the price of everything you need to survive will keep going up, and the taxes too will keep going up.

1 bag of rice is 120,000 naira

1 liter of petrol is 1080 naira

1 unit of nepa bill is around 240 naira or so

1 bottle of coca cola is 400 naira

1 bottle water is 200 naira for normal bottle water.

1 loaf of bread is 1500 naira

A room self content in Lagos mainland is around 450,000 naira excluding agency and agreement fees.

Now how is the poster chasing clout if you sum up all these and calculate what the person earning 300k salary would consume in a month with his wife and kids, do you think his salary can comfortably cover their monthly bills if they are to feed adequately and live a good life?

Life is all about the class you place yourself, I can live a comfortable life right now and eat whatever I like for 2 months with 500k including my 3 three sisters, I don't go out like that so I don't drive all the time, why some people can't even manage 4m for a month for their up keep, life is different and that is how the cost of running individual lives are different, so don't judge others based on your extra spending lifestyle.

Except you have no children or other defendants, live in a single bedroom apartment in a poor neighbourhood, eat very poor quality food, no vehicle or generator, etc., you quality of life would be quite low.
When you consider the average cost of feeding an average family of 5, paying house rent for 2 bedroom flat in a fairly good neighbourhood, paying school fees for 2 or 3 children quarterly, paying for band A electricity or running a generator a few hours a day, maintaining just one vehicle, transporting to and fro from work or business, you will realise that 500k per month would not just be ebough.

Fuel for vehicle alone if where you stay is not far is around 150k a month, fuel for generator can go as much as 100k a month so below 1m is very poor.

It's not the salary that matters only, it's how much extra money you make. You can earn 500 and get extra 1m monthly legitimately. That's what matters. When I was teaching 13 years ago, my salary was 20k, I do earn around 80k on home lessons. That's good income.
