Your whatsapp can't be hacker without your permission. and as such you aren't giving us full details but then no to worry as you will get it back with this.


put your WhatsApp sim in a small phone, and from your Android try and login back, and go to setting and click on forget password, a text will be sent to your number, input the number and after scroll down to where you will be ask to input your email then put it.


NOTE : if you have tried it multiple times , WhatsApp will have extend the time you can re-login to maybe 12hrs or so, you have to wait till the exact time before you re do it again.

Dont uninstall or reinstall whatsapp.

Currently, you're logged out and the hacker is also not logged in because you have 2step verification enabled.

Whatever you do, do not click on that reset link you received in your email as that would disable your 2 step verification and give the hacker complete access to your whatsapp account.

What you need to do as soon as possible is to open whatsapp on your phone and verify your phone number. In case you get a prompt that the verification code has been sent to your other device, just click on need help and select use SMS for verification.

No problem. Just set an alarm or something.

Immediately it's 10 hours, open your whatsapp, enter your phone number, verify with SMS and you would be able to regain access to your whatsapp account.


It's very important you follow the steps once it's time, because the hackers would also be verifying with wrong codes so as to further elongate the waiting time period

You should be fast with this as they might try to frustrate your efforts by using WhatsApp Business again. Before you know it, it would show something like can't register on Whatsapp till after 24 hours

When you recover your account, check WhatsApp settings >> Account >> Email

Make sure it's your email address or make sure there's no email address.

The hackers usually use that email option to receive verification OTPs and re hack your whatsapp.

That's what happened in your case.

Yeah. Request again after the 10 hrs. Do it once and follow the instructions when they call you.
Just in case, they will tell you to press a number if you’re requesting for a code, press the number and keep paper and pen in handy. Then they'll call the code for you. Use the code and recover your WhatsApp. Goodluck.
