When Lagos State was Nigeria's capital city, every State Govt was given land for liason offices. Most of the lands are lying idle and wasting away. A good governor like this decides to make it a commercial venture for generating revenue for his state and you deem it wrong? I know Lagos state under Tinubu's investment in Econet resulted in a ₦‎15 Billion profit for the state.

Congrats to Akwa Ibomites. Their liaison office in Abuja was renovated and converted for commercial use to generate revenue for the state.
Even though they are an oil producing state it's good they are investing in projects that generates revenue.

Prof Charles Soludo is building an amusement park when tourist cannot visit the state due to insecurity and motor park touts. He even has to move his daughter's wedding to Abuja

Akwa Ibom governors are obsessed with building skyscrapers because they have a lot of money they don't know what to do with it.

Obi brought it to anambra thereby not only creating jobs for anambra citizens but also returning revenue in terms of tax to the govt. Again anambra also has a stake on it.

When you are using ipob brain to think, there is no way you will not be embarrassing yourself. Don't you know the pastor has a very good vision by building such magnificent building in Lagos that is commercial hub center of Nigeria to generate funds for his state or you think such magnificent building is for ipob to hold meeting?

Akwa ibom already built such tower for business purpose in the state, but building another one in Lagos is for commercial purpose which is a brilliant idea of generating more money to akwa ibom while your state is struggling with low and dwindling IGR. Lagos state did something like that too by partnering with another state on farming. That's is a brilliant vision from the pastor that should be emulated and commended
