Please anybody witnessing this particular stuff I sent 2.5 million to my brother from GTbank app till now this is two days his yet to receive it and GTbank has debited me ohh but he has not received it.

Please I will advice you avoid GTB for now till we understand what's happening. Their online banking is not working from my end.

Go to your branch and ask questions to know the fate of the money you sent.

Even their USD to Naira seems not working for over a week now. Upgrading supposed to make things better, but GT bank na dugbe market

i was expecting some money recently on my GTB account, but what i did was that immediately the person sent the payment, i went straight to my account and transfer it to other bank, uptill now i am yet to receive any alart from GTB and you won't be able to can see your account balance

he should check his email or app, for some weeks now you hardly receive sms debit or credit alert and the money will be in your account without any notification

If GT bank no kill me, nothing else will.

They have been frustrating my life since the past 3 weeks.

I can't make or receive any single transfer. I can only check my account balance.

The bank has frustrated me more than this government.

The app is working now! The problem now is that if money is sent to you, you won't see it immediately, it may take one or two days.

I have been trying to make a transfer using ussd since yesterday and I keep getting error messages each time... GtBank is terrible

my sister sent 300k to my GTB account till now I've not been able to access it.
And I need to make use of the money urgently

They had a platform upgrade 2 weeks ago. Currently, they are still in the upgrade process. The queue outside the bank in Sapele last week was something else. They opened on both Saturday and Sunday due to the large number of customers with various complaints. Somehow the upgrade issue made me love the bank even more, their steady updates both in SMS, emails, and even customer service was superb I must say.

Folding up. That's joke taking too far

All the Nigerian bank will do the upgrade and customers will experience same with the other banks soon.

They are just doing the upgrade one after the other.

Once GTB is done with their upgrade, seems like Access bank is next, and that Access will be calamity, they too get customer base.

I trust GTB with their upgrade, surely they will stand out among others.

People should bear with them.

Not just think about fold up, that bank too strong abeg

its either he receives it or it would be reversed....

I don't want to be a pessimist but don't you think 2 weeks is too long. When they sent emails and texts about this upgrade, I was saying silently that I hope it doesn't turn out to be like last time. Alas!

The last time Gtbank did their software upgrade, it messed the whole app up. Internet banking was affected, transfers were hanging, no confirmation etc
