Guys pls I will like to know how much will be appropriate to budget for the building of this structure in Lagos. I will also like to know how much it will cost to do the foundation of the house alone. Thanks in advance for all your assistance.

From experience, you need an engineer to look at the building plan to estimate blocks that will be enough to build it to finish then add extra 200 blocks.

Estimate roofing and pop
Estimate windows and doors and glasses
Estimate wiring and lighting
Estimate furnishing to your taste
Estimate cement that will be enough and add extra 5-10. Bags
Estimated how many cartons of tiles per each space and add extra 2 cartons, e better say e over than say e no reach

Plus workmanship for each

Lastly make sure u are around when they start building from foundation engineer no run you street, when I built my first house I buy cement tire 😂😂, until I use police arrest the werey before he confessed
the engineer they carry like two bags daily dey sell

That's how u will get the real cost.

I am a Quantity Surveyor, I can assist you to prepare a Bill of Quantities for your project. I will also prepare a material and labour schedule for you so as to manage your project effectively. The material and labour schedule can be prepared in stages e.g foundation, block wall before lintel, block wall above lintel, roofing etc.
