From this list of nominees, this is Lookman's APOTY 100%

Closest contenders here aren't even as close. Guirassy, Hakimi.
My top 3

Lookman
Ekong
Williams

Caf should make it that Afcon best player should always make top 3

True. They should stop making it exclusive.

Seeing Atalanta doing what Napoli refused to do to Osimhen is highly commendable. Lookman has enjoyed appreciation and hype from the media team of the club. The manager is also vocal about the kind of player he has. Impressive!

Make e do come Arsenal abeg🥱🥱
Wait first till the player insists he wants to leave the club. Na that time we go know who they truly are. Remember they were already saying all sorts when psg came calling for Lookman lest we forget

Turkish player on osimhen

Former Beşiktaş striker 𝔹𝕒𝕥𝕦𝕙𝕒𝕟 𝕂𝕒𝕣𝕒𝕕𝕖𝕟𝕚𝕫 as quoted by 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒆𝒓𝑯𝒂𝒃𝒆𝒓🎤

"Victor Osimhen, I have never seen such a player since the day he arrived, comes out and tears himself apart when he scores a goal. He never reversed his movements when he stepped left and right. Run to that defender, run to that defender. Well done to you!

"So many big world stars will come to a league like ours and I will get tired watching… This is what you call a football player, he gives full value for the money he gets.

"They hired a guy named Victor Osimhen, can a center forward kick the ball in every position? This is cheating, close this. Osimhen needs to be banned from the Super League, cancel his character. Unfair competition, this guy!

"He comes to his own penalty area for the corner, kicks the ball. He goes to the opponent's penalty area, gets into a goal position. He turns and gets the ball in the midfield, and is in the counter-attack again.

"What kind of a player is this, I have never seen such a player! Send him back, whoever is taking him, Osimhen has become a scourge to the Super League"

I don’t think there’s a better hardworking striker in modern day football right now than monster machine
Napoli did our guy dirty but we move. Dude is surely bigger than the league. Am just happy he's playing regular football and that's what matters the most

Stop it. Napoli didn’t do him dirty. The situation shouldn’t had escalated to that extent and that’s what happened. This is not Nigeria that, you gets to insult your national team coach, fans without any formal apologies and you try such rubbish at a credible organization “o ti lo”. Star boy allowed a bunch of nonsensical nonentity yes men to deceive him and his now languishing at a backwater league. Fortunately for him, if he excels there, a big club can still sign him. A player of such caliber in his prime doesn’t belong in a backwater league

I didn’t say that his national team spat has anything to do with Napoli. I used his national team disrespect as an example that no serious organization will tolerate any form of disrespect to their club and allow it. The club tiktok team disrespected him without club permission and they reconciled he now decided to be acting like a child then situation escalated. “When you fail to raise your child, trust me the authorities will do it for you”

This is gibberish, his spat in the national team has nothing to do with Napoli. Stop this false narrative. All that transpired btw Napoli and psg happened before his issue with Finidi.

Atalanta has done same thing with Lookman, did he too offend anyone in the national team?

I don't see the Goals comparison in that Squawka stats. And mind you, I use Squawka very well.

Those stats are nicely selected. I can drop a lot left out...but the most important there is Goals. I don't see the goals.

In the modern game, Doku is clearly better. He has soaked up knowledge. Interpretes the game very well. Highly technical and tactically astute cool

It’s the “end product” we can support our players without being delusional. Moses simon end product needs to improve to become a world class player and dribbling isn’t enough

I can't argue with his impact.
