Re: Realme Officially Open First After-sales Service Centre In Lagos. by GrandBroz: 9:38pm On Nov 02, 2024
That is china for you. The center will have more customers than the buyers. This simply means they are ready to receive much customers complain.

The phone no go dey last. And they will keep bringing new more expensive models and naija is the most certified dump ground in the world.

How many countries recognize many of these trash phones being sold in naija. Even china itself don't use many of all these crap phones sold in Africa. Go and verify how many Chinese people even use or know Tecno, Infinix, oppo and the rest so called names

Dear everyone, please, i won't be doing this if only there's a glimmer of hope. please forgive me, but it seems that I have no choice. I'm typing this with tears in my eyes and with a very heavy heart. I'm doing this for my little girl who is asthmatic, I have exhausted my savings to buy her Seretide inhaler but at this point it has become too expensive to afford. I work two jobs to provide for my family but it never seem to be enough and as it stands I have exhausted all channels with which I can borrow money to buy it. It is sold for 18,500 but anything we can lay our hands on is perfectly okay please. Even 1k will go a long way to keep my baby girl alive please. Please my family, am on my knees, I am pleading for assistance to save my daughters life. I beg you in God's name please.. Any well meaning Nigerian whom God has touched their heart to help us, please help us. May the Almighty GOD bless all you lay your fingers on, amen.

Its a subbrand of Oppo. Oppo owns realme and Oneplus.
Realme started about 4 years ago go give afordable phones with specs better than its competitors.

realme is one of the fastest growing tech companies in the world, mainly used in south east asia, thailand, indonesia, vietnam, india, china, malaysia etc
thank you for this now I know more about the brand

I don't want to be a pessimist, but from what I have observed so far, Note 50 might be the first and last Realme smartphone most Nigerians will use. I remember when Redmi tried to enter Nigerian market, the noise was too much. Today only few people still remember the brand.

Why most people will buy the note 50 is because of the ridiculously cheap price. With time, either that Realme will release new models at the right market price which will push most people to go back to the infinix and Tecno they know, or they will realize that Realme just packaged crap and sell with over hyped features because nothing good comes cheap
1. It's a global brand, i don't know what you gain by besmirching their name if you've probably never used their phones.
2. Their current price IS most likely their market price. They gave discounts already

“Realme has great potential in the Nigerian market if they can balance affordability with quality. The Note 50’s price might draw attention initially, but lasting success will require consistent updates, reliable after-sales service, and the ability to compete with established brands. It’ll be interesting to see if they can build trust beyond pricing through long-term quality.”

Three places with the largest poor population. Realme will hardly make significant progress in Nigeria where Techno, infinix and galaxy A series already hold sway
