CAN ANY APC PERSON PLEASE EXPLAIN YHE GLITCH THAT INEC CLAIMED IT SUFFERED?

HAS THAT GLITCH BEEN IDENTIFIED SO IT FOESNT REOCCUR?

What was the glitch that made INEC resort to using biro in this “WhatsApp” age, where dudes are spending videos and huge data to each other?

This is not the age of dial up internet, so how come boys can send 2GB videos but INEC can’t sent 1KB image?

Does any APC guy claiming the election was “free and fair” have any answer to this query?
