They said the slot has already been used the next available one is April 2025

What is the probability of them approving an expedite appointment and how long does it take for them to approve it?
Hi, I do not know the probability but try first. It takes 5 or less days.

I picked data, but my application was for my wife and daughter. However, I can only see one adult applicant on the dashboard. Also, the appointment letter comes out as 0 bytes with no information.

Does anyone have this same issue?

wow a big Congratulations, this VO can be something else

Blackfinegirl:
I just wanna share my transcript here incase anyone finds it useful, because I am going for my second masters and the visa officer was aware of it.

First Attempt
Location: Abuja
Status: Approved after 4 weeks
I have an existing 5 years B1/B2 Visa

VO: Good Morning
ME: Good Morning Ma

VO: I can see you have a B1B2 Visa
ME: Yes, I do

VO: What is your highest qualification?

ME: I have a masters degree

VO: So why are you going for another masters

ME: My previous masters was in Finance and this master’s degree is not just an additional qualification but a strategic investment in my career. I work as a management information analyst with *******, this role has introduced me to the world of data analysis, information systems, the future of the banking industry lies in the integration of technology and information systems to enhance financial operations and decision making , so in order for me to remain relevant and excel in the industry and in my current role, I need to enhance my skills in managing information systems to better optimize decision making and operations and financial processes.

VO: Why did you Choose Lamar?

ME: I met a lady when I went to Cancun for holiday, and we spoke about our career and education. She had so many good reviews about Lamar Uni. When I was ready to go back to school for my second masters, Lamar was the first university I checked and they had the course I am interested in studying and also the curriculum fits my career growth.

VO: How old have you worked in your company?
ME: 9 years

VO: When last did you visit the USA?
ME: Last year

VO: Do you have any relative in America?
ME: Yes I do

VO: Are you married and how many kids do you have?
ME: Yes I am and I have 2 kids.

VO: I can see only one child here , where is the other one?
ME: The other one does not need a visa

VO: OH! A citizen------This is where her face changed

VO: So you gave birth in America? When was that? how long did you stay in the hospital and how did you pay?

ME: I told her the date I gave birth and how long I stayed and also I paid with cash. She started typing for longggggggggggg (Her countenance had changed, but I was not worried because I applied for a medical visa and declared at the poe)

VO: Can I see your receipts and statements from the hospital?
Me: I do not have them here, I did not know I had to bring them with me here

To be honest, I never thought they will ask for it again, since I had renewed my visa twice and also travelled three times after then and no one asked for them.

She picks a white a paper (In my mind, thank God she is approving the visa)

VO: I will be refusing your visa based on 221g , I need you to send your all receipts and statement from hospital to this address below

Oh boy, I started seeing double and I did not hear anything again...lool

I dropped the documents at the address the following day and 4 weeks later, My visa was approved.

Please, I need clarification on my passport validation being at least six months beyond my stay. My interview is later this month, and my passport is expiring by June next year.
Can this cause a visa denial or the 7 months on my passport is okay?

This applies when you are using that passport to travel. Your passport is okay for the purpose of attending a visa interview.

The form says:

"This is to inform you that you have been found ineligible for a nonimmigrant visa under Section 214(b) of the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act. A denial under Section 214(b) means that you were not able to demonstrate that your intended activities in the United States would be consistent with the classification of the nonimmigrant visa for which you applied".

There were not many questions apart from how many schools i applied, my undergraduate program, and when I graduated.

Those guys just de share yellow slips like souvenirs 😒😒😒

I think what really matters is the content of the letter and not colour. For example, 221g and approval letter were same colour on the day of my interview. Sometimes they use pink or yellow for 221g. They have also used blue and pink for refusal before.

Colour of form doesn't matter, it just paper they use to print

You can always reapply

Hello,
I was denied a visa in september for a Spring 2025 date and I am applying again. My preferred interview location is Abuja but the dates are only in January and later which is too late.

1. If I pick the January date will I be able to request for an expedited interview date even though I was denied a visa in the last 6 months?

2. If the expedited interview request is denied and an earlier date is opened can I reschedule the regular interview again?

3. Once you book an appointment in Abuja can you change it to a date in Lagos?

I had my appointment yesterday too. There were so many yellow forms. Only a few had pink, I think the yellow is that one has no ties over there and while the pink is that there's nothing to show one will return home.
