Gerrard59:Pay in the US is generally higher than that in the UK, definitely. But its not directly comparable because UK employers have much higher costs - for instance, UK employers are required to provide a minimum of 28 days paid leave, while in the US there is no federal law requiring companies to provide paid leave, so they generally only provide about an average of 10 days annually if they wish to, and in the UK, NI payroll tax per employee is about 14% (increasing to 15% in April), while in the US, employers pay about 6% by way of Social Security payroll tax, etc. |

Lexusgs430:I didn't watch the entire session but saw that clip. I had hoped that she would focus on the budget instead of Lammy's comment - it's not helpful to our "special relationship" with the US lol, plus said comment was made over 7 years ago. But I guess the temptation to score political points was too strong. I think Trump will be fine though. Tucker Carson said much worse about Trump in leaked files and all seems to have been forgiven. Apparently Trump even offered Lammy seconds when Lammy and Starmer had dinner with Trump recently 👀😂 |

babajeje123:. It only disconnects were sperm passes into the peenis. It's tiny tubes no nerves whatsoever Nothing else, nothing to do with erecshun at all Let's be clear .it's sperm you need to have children not an erecshun. Or are people here truly planning to have kids till 80? Men continuously produce sperm. |

ehizario2012:Hehe... Generally, taking kids off their parents should be the last resort. Most intervention is aimed at preventing that. Exceptions are in certain cases |

Lexusgs430:Seen crazy sums being spent and I'm sometimes engaged in conversations pushing adult social care to do the needful and in good time too. Wasn't surprised that my council has been struggling too. The sums spent can truly be stagerring. Reason why when folks point to minor things as the reason NHS/social care keeps needing money, I just smile. |
