The midfield general maestro extraordinair the solution to the SE midfield problem. The extra ordinary talent look at how LOW he has gone.

There are people here claiming to be football ⚽ analysts with knowledge and insider information. Who put Kelechi Nwakali on a delusional pyramid of excellence. Feeding us this nonsensical proposition for 8 years.

Some took me to task saying I was wrong when l said he would not get into a English League one team. Calling me HATER , etc.

Well he has played one game for Barnsley and has been demoted to the U21 .

This is not about Nwakali but the deliberate misinformation and disinformation presented here by many continuously for 6/8 years non 🛑 stop.
Whether Kelechi Nwakali plays in the lowest league, or not even starting in academy, it does not change the simple fact that he is the best when it comes to distributive play. You have been given years to tell us a better one and you couldn't. You even recommended a winger for that role which shows how oblivious you are of the point.

We have brilliant talents but unfortunately, when it comes to long and short distributive play, Kelechi Nwakali is the best at it.

You can criticize him for other things which I will welcome but it is dishonest of you to dodge the real point and start painting other things.

I hope Kelechi Nwakali picks up in his career and I hope things work out for him. The fact is that we still lack in the reason why people wanted Kelechi Nwakali in the squad. More clear cut passes for the forwards.

Watch Oliver Torres in the U20 of Spain. I think Lopetegui, coach of West Ham was coaching him by this time. Watch his distributive playing style and tell us a midfielder we have that plays better than Kelechi Nwakali when it comes to this pattern of play.

Vinicius Jr's Hattrick today is a fine way to bounce back from the Ballon D'or snub. He should keep it going.

You think it's easy to be a pure 9 like Osimhen? Go and ask Mbappe. See an elite footballer struggling because it's not just in him. He does not have the instinct, he can't make those runs.

Why not switch Mbappe to play wide and let Vinicius Jr. play the center forward role.

Even Bellingham is making more runs than Mbappe into the final third and Bellingham is the guy playing "behind" Mbappe.

Check out Bellingham's goal today. It was as a result of such runs which the young Raul picked out.

I doubt Vinicius can play as a 9 but it's worth trying.

Yeah. I've seen that analysis of Henry. Meanwhile Osimhen regularly makes those kind of runs.

Exactly. The big difference between World Class Mbappe as a 9 vs Actual Elite #9s of the game (Osimhen, Haaland, Lewandowski, Kane, Gyokeres).

Vinicius is the beast of Madrid from the LW role. Playing him 9 would reduce his influence on Madrid's attacking plays.

Aside his traditonal LW role, Vinicius only thrives in a 2 man attack alongside a partner that drifts right (and from right to central) while he drifts left (and from left to central) allowing Bellingham to bomb through the middle as the false 9.

That could work
But then it means vini wouldn't see a lot of the ball
And he might keep drifting into that left wing
They just need a pure striker
They even have that Brazilian kid

Ibrahim Olawoyin scored one ⚽️ and Babajide David scored as well ⚽️ for Rizespor in their 3-1 win vs Trabzonspor in the Turkish Super Lig.

Olawoyin impressed in midfield beyond the goal. Won most duels (13), created 2 chances and 1 big chance, completed 100% dribbles, etc.

Unfortunately, I don't see Mbappe winning that ballon dor in the next 5 years if he's not playing in the LW position where he's truly world-class
I feel for the lad
Vini is just too good and cannot be moved from there

George Ilenikhena scored for Monaco today. If he is really heading to be a Super Eagles player, I would be excited but he isn't, it seems so far.

His France links is the reason why he is currently not Nigeria's Biggest U18 CF talent.

That is currently and bonafidely Arierhi Kparobo.

Nah. Let him do like that. This creates room for thorough unbias review and also more objective solutions.

I know we can fix this but they must ask the real questions. Why is the team so exhausted? I have my theories.
