A working clime and the most interesting thing is that she won't be spending more than 1 hr pay for her daily meals and Tfare if she isn't a lavish spender and even if she is she won't spend up to half of her pay. There are jobs like this in Nigeria but the reward system here is zero.

What jobs do average people do in western Europe and America;

Drivers
Taxi drivers
House Cleaners
Industrial cleaners
Garbage collectors
Sewage cleaners
Dishwashers
Security personnel
Nannies
Barbers
Hairdressers etc

All the above jobs are here in Nigeria but what's the reward system. Next to nothing. This zero reward system is the reason people who do these jobs don't feel employed. But in Western Europe and America, the reward system pays very well and the people in these jobs feel fulfilled and even contribute a great deal to tax payment. We need to reevaluate our reward system or else everyone in Nigeria will wish to japa.
