CBN should unveil the new electronic matching system for FX transaction by December and we can have true visibility.

All depends on how many applied, it is not compulsory to apply and only those who apply get the loan, so the whole SE can decide not to apply and they won't get anything.
That's how it works, they won't beg u or force u to apply.

The monthly ₦20k is just for upkeep. The tuition fee is paid directly to the institution.

The reason why you are seeing letter of acknowledgedment from the school is because the tuition fees are sent to those schools not 20k.
20k are sent to personal accounts of the students, when u see something in ur society, ask about it, even if it doesn't concern u, ask so u can have idea instead of talking.

That’s why I don’t like democracy. Imagine someone like this casting vote when he is clearly detached from national issues.

I will prefer a system where only political, social, and economic scholars are allowed to choose a leader.

Most of these people will detach themselves from issues happening around them but they are so loud on social media and they will critîcizè what they know nothing about.
