What is this ‘sugar’ you talk about giving up? You NEED sugar to stay alive! There are lots of people who don’t drink sugary beverages and still have diabetes. Most foods have carbohydrates in them and carbs are sugars. As long as your body produces the optimum amount of insulin to break down sugar in your body you will not get diabetes.

OK ooo. Keep consuming white sugar. Lol. But in anyway, go through my post again and learn about "refined and processed sugar".

Read my post again to get the other type of sugar that will cause it. This applies to the group of people you said don't really consume refined sugar.

A kind of diabetes actually requires you to take something of high sugar to raise blood sugar levels. It's called Type 1 diabetes

You are the one whonshould keep calm. Go research what makes pancreas not to produce insulin. Check recent papers.

Why should they tax sugar? One of the biggest misconception is that sugar causes diabetes.
Type 1 is an autoimmune disease
Type 2 is caused by obesity

This is an over simplification
Genetics, diets and lifestyles play a big role in T2DM
Excess sugar consumption can tip Pre-diabetes over to full blown Diabetes, in addition to causing abdominal obesity that increases the risk

What do you know that is inside the herbs you're giving people to drink?
What chemical constituents are inside them??
Did you do a research to identify each chemical constituent to know those that are harmful and separate them from the useful ones?
Do you know that most of those herbs contain Cyanide which is very harmful?
Stop giving people unrefined herbs/chemicals to drink and damage their kidneys
This is 21st century, not 10th century
To vouch for the safety and efficacy of any herb, you must analyze those leaves/roots/barks, identify their various constituents and isolate/extract only the beneficial constituents from them and name them.
Boiling leaves blindly and telling people to drink 1shot in the morning, 1shot in the afternoon, and 1 shot in the night, when you don't even know what is contained in the leaves is just rubbish.
