I certainly do not run after them, I sit down and have therapy sessions with them, individually and in groups. Some keep quiet throughout the sessions, some mumbling incoherently while others will be insulting but I am trained not to take it personal as I work to support them through the struggles.

You don't have to be mentally retarded to see a Psychiatrist.

One who is struggling with anxiety can see a Psychiatrist, who would prescribe anti-anxiety medication for the person to take and they continue with their regular life.

We Need more psych nurses, doctors, etc.....mental health in Nigeria does not have enough resources, human or otherwise.

I tell you, I may have to encourage my daughter to take up that profession. It is going to be a very booming industry very soon with the way the youths of this generation takes solace in all various of hard drugs

This picture says a lot about the country we are living in just notice the the board new in the old picture and old in the new picture which tells us something about the country
