1. HOR is entirely useless. What does Nigeria need two parliamentary houses for? The senate is there already.
HOR members are just opportunists who take home bogus and jumbo pays for doing nothing.

4. LGA chairmen

Local government ward councillor and local area chairmen are useful but in Nigeria, they are not doing their job well.

House of reps and traditional rulers are not needed and very useless. Waste of resources!

Reps are better representative of the people so far than Senate ... There has been more serious debate in the house of reps than Senate
