I have binance and all exchanges already including gate.io but I don't know how to set stop loss and take profits. Or I'll just be converting a particular coins to usdt anytime it appreciate?

Is the problem between the Nigerian government and binance settled. As Nigerians were banned from having anything to do with binance during the Buhari government and inherited by the present Tinubu government initially. I want to know if the ban have been lifted and Nigerians can now transact business with binance. Thanks for a good response from anyone who's current.
