Also, they need insulated or anti-static rail/holder, mounted on the wall of affected buildings to push hold and push the cables away from touching the building.

Nigerians are in the habit of building houses to obstruct passageways of public infrastructure. But they'll be the first to cry foul when the relevant government authorities take actions against them.
