It is illegal to collect revenues from mobile vehicles sho have already fulfilled all requirements in the road traffic act including paying Hackney permits.

By stopping trucks to collect revenue, the "revenue collector" had already committed a traffic offence by obstructing traffic.

He should be charged for the accident, damage to property, damage to me tal health of the driver and motor boy. His family should be made to bear the cost of the towing of the truck and losses thereof to the owner of the trucks and goods being conveyed.

We should stop aiding and abetting these miscreants.
