Good question. Like I said earlier, IRS agents roam the area. As they saw us making that deposit of ten million naira, they offered to prepare the license plates, insurance, etc. so, it was done and was waiting for us before we came back this November to complete the payment. Soon after we arrived, they came with the license plate and other documents.

Infact what just transpired between him and a business owner is every one's dream for Nigeria,
Honest individuals doing business

But the Nigeria of today a lot of us have been burnt pretty bad doing business and it creates a sense of distrust for life,

If you own a car here, e.g a corrola

Dem no born u well to park outside the street and sleep well, except you haven't been burnt before or have no idea of what has happened to others that did,

If you get car wey u de carry give mech,
You can't drop ur car with a mech over a week and not be worried something might go wrong, except u are new to the scenario,

You see Nigeria has been laced with a lot of dishonest people and the ones at the receiving end will advice you based on their experience not because they wish you bad,

Make una de understand things especially you young people here.

You learn from other ppls mistakes

I'm already back. We survived the harshest scrutiny of both police and customs on our way back. In fact, I intend to make a separate thread on my experience on the road. If you love Nigeria, you'll weep for her everyday. Anyway, they checked and checked and checked and used their smartphone to verify via the system and couldn't find a single discrepancy anywhere. So, everything is perfect.

Hi again, everyone. You didn't hear from me all day because I arrived my base in the South East at around 9:30 pm. I have been on the road. This is someone who took off from Lagos a little after 6 am. And this SUV is incredibly fast. Damn. It's like they built it to be quick. Still, police and customs kept delaying us until we lost so much time. I'm just glad I made it home safely, with my new SUV snoring in my house. After everything and the hbp I almost developed😁, I feel very grateful to God. I know He did this one. I also take this as a mighty lesson in my life.
