You will never see a two-star general in full uniform roaming up and down in traffic in the US. Where was he going that was so critical to national security? In most countries of the world, including the small Benin Republic, you don't see generals in full military uniform roaming among civilians, not to mention doing "Bole Ka Ja" on the streets.

Was he transporting a medical emergency? Obviously not! Why the hurry? I've been to at least 4 continents, including US and Asia and I've never seen military brutality on the streets! You won't even see them going up and down like they do in Nigeria. Injustice to one is injustice to all- let's continue calling them out til they learn to be civil without trampling the civilians
