The woman did a fantastic job. I know because some years ago I had to help my father with his pension. I was amazed!!! The professionalism and courtesy to pensioners (at least at the Lagos office) was like no other govt agency I had been to.

I hope the new guy is as good. One of the few agencies in Nigeria that worked and understood why they were there.
