I agree eating noodles like 3 times a day is crazy but abeg,if it were that bad,it would have been banned all over the world.

That reminds me,the abokis method of soaking in hot water or par boiling then stir frying is the best and healthier method of making your noodles

Stop it. Apart from the ones they buy, they make their noodles themselves and mostly its from rice.

The video is vague. which chemical? Those seasoning are as harmful as Maggie.

Add vegetables and protein in your noodles and you are good. She is saying things without backing up her claims.

Saying a lot, but saying nothing. Yes, it's true noodles aren't a great option for kids, but would you mind actually going into specific details about the kind of chemicals present in the spices and why they are bad for kids. This isn't a good way to present a great message.

Infact, it's very likely there are even worse chemicals in other food options. What food do you want to give kids these days that don't have horrible chemicals in them? Even the cerelac that's often given to little babies have horrible preservatives that are not good to consume in excess. I wouldn't say to rule out noodles completely. I would rather say to consume these foods in great moderation, but to favour veggies above all because they provide the best nutrients for human growth.

Don't mind those over Sabi,even the milk you would readily give your kids contains lots of chemicals and preservatives,how about those sweet breads that has become a fad now like bokku and the rest,the baby formulas,even the biscuits...... nonsense and ingredient

There is nothing like showcasing sapa anything.....my kid is always happy anytime I ask him if he would take garri and milk to school......he tells me how excited his class mates get when they see it.

And you can’t take herbal teas out of Asian’s menu. As a matter of fact, it is part of their life.

The Seasoning that comes with it is a KILLER.

I stopped making Noodles with it seasoning since 2015.

Till now, I still eat noodles but I make it like Jollof rice or I use stew to eat it.

Pasta is also fine.

They are just all made from White Flour.
