The point here is once a supposed low-skilled worker agrees to pay, he can always quit if he is no longer satisfied with it and move on. He has no right or authority to steal from his employees under the guise of not being paid enough. Stealing is a crime no matter what.

His end should be in jail with a record that shows he stole from his past employer so those after him will know what awaits them if they do same.

What exactly are you saying? That, it's okay for him to steal and close down the man's investment just because he's hungry? Is it by force to work there?

Your comment shows you're in total support of the staff stealing from his boss simply because his pay is poor. I'm sure you don't run any business, else you'll understand the huge challenges, SMEs go through in Nigeria under this harsh and corruption ridden economy.
