TheSuperNerd:
This kid has the physical build and technical profile to really dominate our CB role. Just 18 and I expect him to develop into a bigger beast physically and transit into the top 6 leagues within a season or before next summer and into the top 4 leagues within 18-20 months.
Said this too above⬆️ on July 31, 2024. Looking forward to the fulfillment of this prophecy.

ChrisKels:
He is more than ready. Remember my prediction the first day he was mentioned here, that boy is making his super eagles debut early 2025. Among all our current centre backs, no one is as good as him when it comes to passing the ball.

Once he comes in, I'm moving Bassey to LB

Time is coming.⏳️

ChrisKels:
The boy is good, I'm banking on him and Benjamin to keep safe the destiny of the eagles defense.

I did a deeper profile study on Christantus Uche over the past week as well and I am very convinced that he is needed badly in the Super Eagles midfield as a quality addition at CDM and CM most especially. He also excels in the CAM zones.

Uche in summary is a rock in his defensive half, a fox in the opponent's box, and a well rounded nine-tailed fox in midfield.

The lad's close ball control, on field vision, high technicality combined with good passing and his immense physicality makes him a proper Yaya Toure profile.

This guy will cover all midfield positions. The coaches should get him in as soon as possible.

He is not a specialist MF like Onyedika, Iwobi and co who specialises in certain midfield roles to excel but he is a lad who looks pretty comfortable across all midfield positions due to his ability to combine his beastly physical profile with his high end technical profile.

I used to think we just have a Rodri-like profile in Uche but I am now further convinced we have a Yaya Toure profile in Uche.

Onyedika is our Busquets/Rodri-profile.

Him and Nnamdi of u-20 has dis ability to hold one ball and make a decisive run/impact with it …we don’t have such a player in eagles set up
Right now …iwobi just want to play a quick one -two ball…dt quick ball transition doesn’t work most times against African team ..we need dt player dt can hold and make decisive run with the ball

You and this your Nnadi(not Nnamdi) sef. What is his stat in Belgium second division?

Note: Nnadi and Nnamdi are two different names. Nnadi means father inlaw, it is normally given to a son who is a reincarnate of his mother's father in-law(the boy's paternal grandfather). It can also mean kin

How Eguavoen leaves him out amazes me but his club is not helping matters. I hate seeing them play him as a striker

You are right. Christantus's ball carrying is so beastly. So YaYa-like. And so needed in the team.

We have very few MFs whose ball carrying in transition through the middle is top notch.

True. But I understand why Getafe play him there. Uche is a "victim" of his super versatility to fit into multiple roles without stressing.
His hold up plays upfront is badass thanks to his physicality and close ball controls and his height also makes him an aerial threat and one who the coach utilises somewhat as a target man to win the first balls and provide the knock back for his fellow final third lieutenants.

Truth is even watching him up top convinces me more of the beast this guy will become in the Super Eagles midfield.

His upper body strength, Press resistance, ball carrying, verticality sense, tight spaces escape, close ball control, passing, tackling/man marking, positioning shows what a well rounded midfield personnel he is.

Oga Chris,Onyemachie Bruno is okay as LB....Bassey as LB exposes him more.I think Bassey only thrives in 3 man defence with wingbacks joining the attacks and withdrawing back to defend
But he plays in a 2 man CB pairing at Fulham and doesa good job.

One of the other very few Naija MFs with fantastic ball carrying aside Christantus Uche is:

- Ebenezer Akinsanmiro (Beyond this quality, this guy is the truth. More on him later. My Complete Mezzala/CAM profile)

Oga thegoodjoe you are an asset here so when it's time to stop an argument you stopped
My point is not taken from baseless accusations but from reports made by the NFF. From their report,I saw some lapses and areas that can be improved upon. Why is that so disheartening?

Anyone that has followed me knows I do not lie, manipulate or deceive. I stick to the truth based on knowledge and acknowledge where I falter. So people making bogus statements about me is not new to me. Go and checkout the page of Osaze's QPR incident. I was literally attacked all thread for disagreeing with public opinion.

Go and check how much I was blasted for standing against sacking Keshi.

So my brother, this is small. There is nothing people can say to make me stand against the truth.

Bro leave this talk, the matter on ground was about the maltreatment our players experience in Libya, the whole media was talking about same issue but you wanted to sound woke that they must be a cause for their(Libyans) action.
We all here know how lackadaisical our Nff can be and nobody will defend, but you coming to bring up cause and effect at that point is you defending and supporting the terrorist action of the libyans

Finito
TheGoodJoe:
Something still bothers me regarding this Libya issue and I think the country deserves answers. The NFF needs to organize a question and answer segment with the media to clarify some issues.

As much as we are blaming Libya for being the brain box of the issue, we need to clean up our end too.
My post October 15.

I was not talking cause an effect. I was talking of us cleaning our end. I wonder why such a simple point is hard to get.

It is about us improving ourselves.

Finito.

What else will I say? I tagged Libyan the brainbox of the issue.

People carry what is in their mind and refuse to grasp the simple message of the person.

It was never about defending Libyans but us improving and handling protocol issues better.

Finito.

In my opinion the closest like for like Osimhen replacement is Awóníyì
If Osimhen is not available, Boniface tactically isn't the ideal replacement

*What you think/see as the truth*
Isn't necessarily the truth... Please note that.

You always stand for what you think/believe is the "truth" from your perspective irrespective of what everyone else think (and respectfully too) which I think is commendable.

My point is... Don't make the mistake of believing your opinion to be the truth always, especially on matters that are neither black nor white.
