Wrong! The quality and output of our leaders are good reflections of the criminal disposition of the average Nigerian. Leaders rise from the masses. The average Nigerian is no different from the leader he/she wants to criticise.

Fish farming is work is very hard. And I've seen how those pond owners threat there workers... Very bad...

How much is enough?
He's enjoying free accommodations and other benefits.
If a worker doesn't like the job terms it's better to leave than steal stop justifying stealing.

I threw no insult. Just stated a fact about how warped your reasoning is. If the morals of your poor man have been, according to you, largely affected by the corrupt system of government, then your poor man whom you say uses corruption as a reason to commit crimes against others belongs where all those who have allowed corruption corrupt them which is prison. That also means opportunities available will need to go to those who do not use corruption as an excuse to manipulate others.

There is a steady decay in morality, increase in crime and these are due to the policies and behaviors of the government leaders.

There is every tendencies that when opportunity/occasion present itself, people who are struggling to survive will be tempted to steal and extort, most especially when they lack morals and/or when their basic cost of living exceed their income by a significant margin

can you imagine the thinking of an average Nigerian did the man force him to take the work if the salary is not enough with your write up it shows you have work in a farm before and you have been doing similar things ,bunch of thieves

Salary payment is based on agreement , if the payment doesn't align with his own satisfaction then he shouldn't have taken the job from his employee , so don't talk this way cos he was not forced to take the job in the very first place..
