They no even meet at all. How much did the students generate for the school with their activities that you think they should be given 5million per student as best graduate?

3. Access to mentorship from successful industry leaders. etc

Valid. Unfortunately, the country runs a system that doesn't support or adequately recognise academic excellence. They stand a better chance to get scholarships abroad, I hope they consider that a goal. Otherwise Naija system will just mess them up.

Faculty of Engineering be doing wonders from time immemorial. They always take the best graduating student spot.

Don't joke with Uniben Engineering students. There are so many gurus from that faculty. 2020/2021 session, it was also an Engineering student that took the best graduating student spot.

Engineering will cook you until you get done. You can't pass through Uniben Engineering and still be a lazy osuegbe mummy's boy who can't withstand the struggle of the Nigeria factor out there.

If you want your son or daughter to be toughen and be able to withstand life challenges and stay malleable without being broken and crying like a baby, send them to Uniben faculty of engineering. No one that comes out from that faculty can't face life circumstances and the dare devíl head-on. If you are not strong mentally, you might end up dropping out.

Maybe it's time we stop comparing BBN and the educational sector. Big Brother Naija is a global brand that benefits several people and their families. These guys that graduated with First class, their first class benefits them only and maybe their respective families.

For BBNaija, the cleaners, the sponsors, the host ( Ebuka obi Uchendu), the food and clothing suppliers ( For daily tasks and arena games) benefits from BBNaija and in turn feed their respective families. There are also numerous benefactors omitted.

On the other hand, Nobody benefits from those guys having First class apart from them and their families.

The govt should do roads, provide security of lives and property, conduct free and fair elections, provide economic security/enabling environment, etc.

make we hear word. They are tough yet they produce best graduating student almost every year. A very rough and tough department don't exhibit that. A very tough department will struggle to to produce one first class,not a department producing first class every year.
