See the number of Yoruba people in Nnewi alone. Now, Nnewi is not a major city in South Eastern Nigeria. Imagine the number of Yoruba in Aba, Onitsha, Enugu, Owerri, Umuahia, Abakaliki, Awka and other smaller cities and towns comparable to Nnewi. Can you ever imagine that none of these persons own property around Nnewi?

Imagine the number of Yoruba in Aba, Onitsha, Enugu, Owerri, Umuahia, Abakaliki, Awka and other smaller cities and towns comparable to Nnewi. Can you ever imagine that none of these persons own property around Nnewi?

Again it shows how ignorant you are. Visit the North and you won't need to start counting the nos of Yorubas. You people need to fix something.
I was once in Onitsha, from Bridge Head to my hotel room was tension everywhere. What an environment! How will I ever want to settle in such a place that is extremely hostile to its own people. My host was practically begging me never to step out. He came to pick me with his car and returned me to the hotel after the event, next day I was ferry out of the town.

A lot of these people would have travelled from other places.

I can well believe they are transient in Ala Igbo (Corpers, Federal postings etc).

And I also am confident that, to a man or woman, they will appreciate their hosts knowing fully well that their ancestry is far away from the land they reside.

In port Harcourt where I grew up Yorubas are not top 5 settlers there
