This is the most vague question. There are several Redmis, there are also several Redmis Notes even in one generation there are at least 5 released for the Notes so which models are you comparing with A35

The second phone repairer too, after trying said the phone is gone, it wasn't battery a issue, but panel.

I searched here on NL and someone was faced with the same problem years back (same Redmi 8.) ,phone just went off and never powered on, I guess this phones generally have lifespan too.

Well I'm done with the funeral rites already, phone served me for 4years + without repairing anything, I'm now currently phone less.

Unfortunately I didn't backup my data on Google drive, so I have lost all my data.
I'm not sure if I did too on my xioami cloud, but do I need a xioami phone to access my backup on cloud??

So I decided to update one of my Redmi (Note 12pro 4G) devices I just bought to HyperOS and sincerely, I'm not even enjoying the phone anymore. It's no more smooth as it used to be the battery runs low fast at an average of 4.8 minutes which I think is bad for a phone barely 2 months old.
Been a Redmi fan since note7, updating to latest models only shows me how much Redmi has fallen off for real.

Gurus in the house i need help, after updating my redmi note 12 4G, I notice i can't copy PDF files from my phone to PC it will show me error in copying file or folder but i can copy and paste videos, photos and music files to and fro. Pls what is the way out?

Please I use Redmi 13c and these days, when I use HA tunnel, Geo tunnel, stark VPN or any other VPN, it disconnect almost every minute and reconnect or sometimes doesn't at all....I also discovered that my both networks( also disappear and appear each time the VPN disconnect whereas, I know I use a network at a time!
My question are these:
So why will the second network disappear too when it isn't the network I am using?

Why the recent and frequent disconnection these 2 months since that MTN bla bla bla cable problem!

Is it just an MTN problem or my phone model?

Pls I really need to solve this problem because I do enjoy my phone with these VPN not until Early October!
