Check well, you are using more than 3x leverage.

Margin and futures are both debt trading.

With margin, you can accumulate and compound coins while leverage is capped at 10x (cross margin).

With futures, you can't accumulate coins unless you use CoinM. Available leverage is also greater than 10x and this increases your risk of liquidation.

The funding fees you pay on futures is also more than the interest you can accrue from margin trading .

Just to mention a few.

This kind of capital you're using is perfectly okay on spot. No capping here, I use 1k for trading runs on only spot (I mostly trade losers coin) and I do make over $100 combined every week while my other fund is on another spot but holding.

There is a formula I just found on margin (keep20%, borrow 80%, skip 20%) I doubt it can ever liquidate - except the market switches from massive bullish to massive bearish for a prolonged period of time.

I am currently trying them out this whole bull run and would increase my position first thing in the morning.

It will survive a 20-25% dip max without intervention.

I actually increased the leverage to 5x just to get some movement.

You can't compare the liquidation with margin and future. Margin liquidation can give one heart attack mist especially when the market is against you and you still have debt to pay

As It is, any entry is a good entry for long term. When compared with what is coming, expect a retrace but I don't trust it enough to wait..

If you are entering long term, then you need good money and very low leverage like 1x cos it might take weeks to reach the target

Today, all those yeye liquidation token, I just have to retrieved those money back first. I have increased my leverage to 4x permanently.
