I'm in Nigeria and I'm yet to see Chinese taking over Nigeria.
Chinese don't enter night buses to Africa, they come with tech and skills to Africa, unlike lgb0s who go sleep under bridge, sell gala etc in all the places you mentioned.

In terms of impact, Kwankwaso was a much bolder governor than Obi. He did a lot of good infrastructurally as well as in education. Obi was kind of tame as governor. There was nothing outstanding as an accomplishment of his.
