France is simply stating the undisputable fact concerning the diplomatic immunity of PM Benjamin Netanyahu.

The State of Israel is not a signatory to the ICC statute and cannot therefore be bound by it.

It's an "arrest warrant" not backed by international law nor the laws of the State of Israel.
