I am a fresh graduate from the University,on my certificate Aug 28th was written as the graduation date,and i clocked 30 on the 15th of Aug,i need advice on how i can do a reduction of date of birth,so that i will be eligible for NYSC

i think since you graduated after 30 even if its few days then it would be difficult for you to do the NYSC. Have you met with your schools if there is any help they can render you

Go and do a sworn court affidavit it should help

You will have to go back to school and update your daba form with it
