Well, you're correct, and I'm also quite correct.

If lots of tribes had posed a united front, they could have launched offensive together, or at least, very strong defensive. Imagine, small Benin, only them. Dude, you're totally missing the point. The Rod of Asclepius is a symbol of how Western medicine draws from ancient knowledge. They're not hiding it - they're actually proud of their roots.

Same with other cultures, like Indians with Ayurveda, Chinese with Acupuncture, and Japanese with Kanpo. They're all building on traditional knowledge to advance modern medicine.
