You can buy some simple gym tools like dumbbells, kettlebells,pullup bars, resistance bands etc and have your wive exercise at home or do some outdoor calisthenics.Many people don't go to a gym,they just train at home or outdoor.Nothing should inhibit a human not to exercise.Exercise is the most potent tool for a better healthspan and lifespan.Living a life with no exercise is tantamount to inviting a premature death.
