Yorubas have been surviving and doing well in businesses when your fore fathers were still walking naked in villages. WNTV Ibadan, Cocoa house and some other businesses in SW were built without oil money. Cocoa and oil palm money is still in SW.

Igbos felt they can betray Yorubas as they did it in 2023 elections, they don't know that Yorubas are everly ready for both positive and negative responses from anyone
Yorubas betrayed south south region to remove Goodluck Jonathan and now they are shouting southern unity to fight the north. Afonjas in spirit, soul and body.

To be fair, that's what I expect.

Presidents especially in Nigeria, know how to have their way.

It will definitely scale through if tinubu wants it to.

The north will wait for him in 2027 elections.
How will the North wait for him in 2027 elections? When the South is supposed to use 8 years? Which means if the North wants to come back in 2027 they will use just one term instead of two. And believe me they won't want that. And they know that BAT is very stubborn. The worst they can do is what Ndume has been doing in the upper chamber . They will just sit and be watching him all through his 8 years so that they can have their own 8 years in peace.

When the British were leaving; they gave the North political power and the South economic power. The SW and SS wields the economic power. Reason why BAT insisted that the number 3 position should go to SS. This is simple politics. And for you to have political power you have to align with the North. This is simple politics.
There are so many things that ought to be corrected which BAT is currently doing. And if the Northerners are not ready for change, SW will pull out and go with their economic power. North with their political power will continue to preside over the remaining groups but the question is what is political power without economic power?
Who dash SW economic power. Do you know how much of oil money have been generated from the Niger delta region which the 36 governors have been depending on to run their respective states. How many south west states are economically bouyant. The other day a Chinese firm was about to take over some assets because of debt owed by pgun state.

how did yorubas stop seaports in other regions?
Help me ask them. It is amazing a people who attach messianic greatness and "born to lead" might to themselves can be so uneducated, untruthful, unrefined and ignorant in talk.

Dangote, a businessman, has his own private Port in Lagos, for crying out loud, that the progressive Lagos Government assisted him to create and use for smooth running of supply and dispatch logistics from his Refinery.

Imagine then saying same Yorubas, who proactively assisted Dangote to own an operational port, will stand in the way of whole States and prevent them owning same. Tinubu delivered so much while an opposition governor to the ruling Party in Nigeria, to include Eko Atlantic plus LFTZ( with it's own port) and even the conceived Lekki international airport.

Yet, all these losers know to do is blame Yorubas for what their leaders don't have the talent, political will and goodness of heart to deliver. Yoruba leaders are doing great things yet all these loser IPOB people, too money-obsessed and worthless to themselves as a group, know to do is lie up and down that Yorubas, and not their leaders, are responsible for the wretched state of affairs in their five plots of land. Losers must always blame others for their losses and hopelessness.

https://tribuneonlineng.com/fg-commissions-two-tugboats-for-dangote-refinery-lekki-port-operations/amp/

The Minister of Marine and Blue Economy commissioned two newly acquired 80-tonne bollard pull tugboats on Thursday, aimed at enhancing the berthing of vessels at the Dangote Refinery and Lekki Deep Seaport.

Christened MT IRAGBIJI and MT BAMA, the vessels are expected to support port security, patrol, and surveillance, and deliver efficient pilotage and towage services to meet the growing cargo evacuation needs of the Lekki maritime corridor.

Speaking at the commissioning in Lagos, Adegboyega Oyetola, the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, said the investment in acquiring the marine craft is a step towards enhancing port efficiency and strengthening Nigeria’s position as a leading maritime nation in the region.

According to him, “We recognize the critical role that efficient port operations play in accelerating economic growth and will do all that is required to update the existing facilities to deliver on this.

“By acquiring these modern marine crafts, we are reaffirming our commitment to maximize the opportunities presented by the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Agreement. We are determined to optimize our competitive edge as a littoral nation and deepen our efficiencies through the deployment of cutting-edge technology and equipment,” Oyetola said.

Earlier, the Managing Director of NPA, Mohammed Bello-Koko, said the acquisition would enable the Ports Authority to attain regional hub status by efficiently servicing domestic cargo needs, winning back transit cargo hitherto lost to maritime neighbors, and positioning to cater to the maritime requirements of landlocked neighbors.

Alright. Let's settle this once and for all for you to know that SW has economic power right from the inception of this country; Oil was first discovered in Nigeria in 1956 right ? You can dig the Internet for the financial positions of the three regions before the discovery of oil in Nigeria and post them here.

And for ogun state that you mentioned; that's because they had irresponsible governors from Gbenga Daniel to Amosun. Worst case scenarios; states that are not viable in SW will be merged.

You are minding them? I will never understand the sort of hateful minds the IPOB lot are born with whereby they find it natural to wake daily to begin shouting "Yoruba this, Yorubas that" whereas they have nothing to say about their callous, wicked and selfish leaders who are the real cause of their underdevelopment they always publicly want to convince the world Yorubas are behind.

Very annoying and hopeless people. "Men who are not men" and children in adult bodies. Sir, if you want the best test to use determining people to cut out of your life, so you do not have negative souls draining your positivity and productivity, simply identify the friends and associates who are always blaming others for everything wrong about their lives.

Give those people the boot ASAP and watch your life become better and happier overnight.

The regional system will be activated automatically. We Yorubas refuse to be part of backwardness. This is the same mindset that made you resist polio vaccines, and we won’t let you drag us down again.

Their morbid fear of the North always betrays them as the cowards they call others. They are just a big-for-nothing ethnic group with people that covetousness and materialism has rendered societally worthless.

When was the last time you saw any Igbo leader doing really outstanding things for their people talk less of them coming together, as Yoruba leaders did below, at a time of extreme existential threats against Nigeria?

Who will the North respect, fear and view as independent-minded and brave, from the South, if not Yorubas who stood up to the misrule excesses of Buhari while the likes of Igbo leaders hid irresponsibly?

Below is the disgusting revelation about Igbo leaders yet Igbos will go online daily to attribute all their problems to Yorubas like the clown claiming Yorubas are prevent the siting of ports outside the SW. They won't face the reality of how worthless their leaders are. Instead their favourite pastime is to come online to fight and lie against Yorubas daily. Pathetic people.

https://www.vanguardngr.com/2021/06/open-grazing-not-banned-in-se-our-govs-just-deceiving-us-ndigbo/

The five states of the South-East said they have banned open grazing. They even claimed that each of their states has enacted a law to give the ban a legal shelter to bite.

But this has been found to be false. Apart from Abia, other state governors are yet to even send an executive bill to their Houses of Assembly let alone enact the law.

Citizens of the South-East region are angry with the governors over the situation, accusing them of abandoning their people in their time of need and succumbing to the intimidation of the Federal Government.

Reacting angrily to this, Alaigbo Development Foundation, ADF, said that the five South-East states have not passed the law banning open grazing in their states and that they have no interest in doing that.

According to the foundation, “rather, what we are seeing is lip-service, falsehood and sycophancy from the leadership of the South-East Governors’ Forum.”

Am 💯% sure you have not read the key details of the tax bill. Nigerians must do something different to get different results. No government have had it well to reform the tax since 1930 and we are talking of better Nigeria? How?

Anyway, Tinubu will win this tax bill, just follow. You see the difference between Tinubu and the past government is his boldness to stand by what is good. Northern governors and NEC kicked and suggested withdrawal for more consultation but Tinubu said go and debate whatever you think u know at the national assembly. I love that intelligent. It only want to expose how uneducated the north are. Let's see how it will be killed when it actually favours them. Lazy governors. They just want to sit down and collect allocation from Abuja, imagine Zamfara contribute only 8 Billion but collecting 432 Billion from FG. You kicked against Betting, alcohol and others but sharing from the money FG made from that. So, make we they drink and u will just be collecting money? Na lie.
