Where does Apostle Peter claim that the spirit he talked about were spirits of dead people in hell fire?

Who sent those spirit to hell fire in the first place? Were they not judged before they went there? So how did some of those spirits go to heaven again after been Judged to go to hell fire to burn forever according to your teaching?

When God takes his spirit, the body experiences "death" and is buried for it to return to dust and becomes one with the earth while the spirit becomes one with God. It is pure and does not need to be saved from anything. Just like the preacher said in Ecclesiastics 12:7 and Psalm 104:29-31.
When the spirit enters the body(in the woman's womb) it becomes a soul....after 9 months it is expelled from the womb to begin its human experience. God sends his spirit. That's why the woman's womb is the most sacred place on earth and only those who worthy (husband) should be allowed in....
We are the spirit....not the body.
The spirit is contained within the man's sperm. That is why it is called living waters.
