It's inverter that convert DC to AC not battery. Any Pure sine wave inverter of 3KVa capacity and above will do

It depends on if you are depending solely on Solar or you have power from the national grid (public power supply) also if you want the batteries to last some hours or for 24 hours. Most importantly, the number of panels depends on the number of watts. For example two 530 watts total of 1060 watts is better than five 200 watts total of 1000 watts

Please can someone help me.
I do not know what's wrong with my inverter.
It can not power 2 ceiling fans over the night without it going off. At first I thought the battery is down so the water was refilled, yet the issue continued. Just overnight today, only 1 fan was on, yet it went off again.
We use 4 solar panel with it

You can't on two ceiling fans overnight. Try and use one rechargeable standing fan instead. 4 solar panel is too small to charge too .

The problem is the fan eats your battery. Use one preferably rechargeable standing fan and you would see the difference. You can use swing function. If you must use a ceiling fan, use solar ceiling fan.

Its either your batteries is not charging well during the sun hrs or your batteries are weak..


What are the sizes of your panels?
Do your run loads on in during the sun hrs?

Please put off the ceiling fan after 5pm and use rechargeable standing fan at night.

- BMS (Battery Management System) gives a maximum charging current of 50A and a maximum continuous discharge current of 100A. But it can also support a discharge of 200A for 3 seconds. BMS offers relevant protection against over-charging, over-discharge, overload, etc.
- Operating voltage range is 10v - 14.6v, but BMS cuts off at 9.1v, lower than the LVD (Low Voltage Disconnect) of most inverters, so inverter will have no issues "waking up" after a shut down

Important summary of video test:
- After full charge, battery gave a run-time of 7hrs 30mins on an average load of 150w before reaching its nominal voltage of 12.8V (80% Depth of Discharge [DoD]).

- At inverter LVD (Low Voltage Disconnect) of 11.3v, battery had ran for 9hrs 16mins on same load, giving a capacity of 105ah - even higher than its rated capacity of 100ah

- Then it gave another run-time of 1hr 30mins on a DC average load of 20w, giving 107ah (7% more than its rated capacity) before BMS LVD at 9.1v.

This discharge test was done twice and capacity remained the same
