malali:^^^ This is grossly inaccurate. The administration didn't 'curb' anything. The BAT government in its usual tardy, inept, 'anyhow' manner - has simply failed to appoint ambassadors to several countries - for over a year. This is definitely not a planned, intentional, cost cutting measure. It just demonstrates a lack of focus and seriousness - and these shortcomings are things the BAT administration is justly notorious for. ![]() |

Thunderfayamods:I’m telling you there are no places like that in Nigeria. Compare Capetown to world class cities, not shitholes cities in Nigeria . NO, You have not been to Capetown. In fact, you have not been outside Nigeria before. If you have, you won’t write what you just wrote. |

Fujiyama:I noticed all your previous comments seem to only critique BAT administration, I prefer to hear from people who see good and bad. Not people who only see bad in everything whether good or bad. I am not a blind supporter either. Where is the source of your information ? Why are you presenting an opinion like certified facts......lol I think you just like to comment recklessly. Do you have friends in real life ![]() |

Electorate:you are really daft. I won’t waste my time with a low life like you. Stick to what you know. We are talking of beautiful cities , not one community where dangote or whoever stays. Where have you been to outside Nigeria, you fuulll? When people that know better than you are talking, stay humble and learn. If you are not an agbadorian, which I’m guessing you are, God might give you an opportunity to see outside so your eyes go clear. But if you are an agbadorian, Thunder go fire you, and you’ll die poor, because agbadorians love poverty . |

EDOSBROWN:When will you travel out of your crib to some beautiful places in Nigeria . Even some places like Calton gate and Akobo estate in Ibadan are way more beautiful than these and there are still lots of paradise on earth in Lagos, PH, ABJ, JOS and even Kano. The issue with Nigeria is just that if you don't have money you won't enjoy this country. Nigeria is designed to work for the rich only😎 |

malali:^^^ I tell it like it is. No beating about the bush. malali:^^^ These are my sources: https://dailytrust.com/13-months-after-tinubu-yet-to-appoint-ambassadors/#google_vignette https://punchng.com/tinubu-to-name-new-envoys-after-france-safrica-visits/#google_vignette I am not presenting 'opinions'. The Tinubu administration recalled 83 ambassadors in September 2023. As at today, those ambassadorial positions still remain vacant. This is not how serious countries work.malali:^^^ No. My comments are backed by cold, hard evidence. Nothing reckless there. I have given you the facts as they stand today. Counter them if you can. malali:^^^ Not relevant to the discussion, I'm afraid. |

EDOSBROWN:Be shouting when will Nigeria be like this but you the citizens are not ready to make Nigeria be like that. It's not only government that has to be blamed. Nigerian citizens too are not ready yet with their mentalities 😆😂 |

Fujiyama:As you can see what the foreign minister said is along the lines of what i had said and not in anyway related to what you are insinuating. There are political jobbers wanting to be hired as ambassadors that will crucify the government for not "quickly" hiring ambassadors. Cutting your cloth according to your size is no longer possible in Nigeria, we have to cut our cloth according to our yard. Then slim down to fit into it. We don't need 83 Ambassadors physically present in all these countries. We can use technology to have the foreign minister control the embassy staff and visit as needed. Please next time read and comprehend the articles without a prior biased approach. Then try to figure out whats the motive of the writer. Whats the official view of the person targeted with the write up. |

cucumbar:After saying I am not comparing you are still talking about comparison. I said some places are like that in Nigeria, not necessarily the whole city. Comprehension is problem for you! Na so una dey display una ignorance online! I have not been outside Nigeria, I have not been to Cape Town as if you know me. This is my 27th year in the US! I don't know if you have ever stepped to numerous countries and cities I have visited in my life! If you are in doubt let us connect! Try to do better with your comprehension and don't come on line saying things about people you don't know. |

cucumbar:Your brain cells must be really dead to think people like Dangote or his fellow Billionaires will be living in a ghetto or slum with the amount of money they have or you think they don't travel abroad or have houses there? You must be super daft and a demented idiot to even think you someone have to travel out of Nigeria before they can see beautiful places, I swear you are sick in the brain...I simple google search to the place I mentioned can give your dead brain cells some idea about what I am talking about, ewu Gambia.

| Re: Stunning Venue Of Tinubu's South Africa Visit (Pictures) by Fujiyama: 5:09pm On Dec 04, 2024 |
malali:^^^ You still don't have an argument. Your government recalled 83 ambassadors in September last year and has done nothing since then. If funding (or whatever ) is the issue then consolidate your embassies or use the diplomatic resources of allies in these 83 countries. That's what serious countries do. You don't remain in limbo for over a year and then give mealy mouthed excuses about funding. That's not the way it works. Your comment about the foreign minister using technology to 'control' embassy staff and visit 'as needed' says it all really. ![]() malali:^^^ Now this is funny. You should take your own advice. I will reiterate: serious countries do not recall 83 of their ambassadors for over a year without replacement...and then blame a funding constraint. This lack of purpose stands out in bold relief particularly when your principal is constantly travelling from one potential aid donor country to another. The least he can do is properly sort out diplomatic representation in those countries. ![]() It isn't that hard. |

Kaycee9242:Must you replicate?.. you’re part of the people that can’t proffer solutions to problems, rather you’ll better copy and paste. Nothing stops Nigeria from doing something better or different ( if that’s what we need now though). We need to grow up and stop being ignorant of everything. |
