Does that not mean when a defamation allegation is made, unless a court of competent jurisdiction makes that pronouncement that the alleged defamation in question is criminal in nature before the police can arrest the individual and continue the process in that light?

The issue I can’t place a finger on is why he decided not to honor the court summons? A lawyer who should know better.

At least he would have been a free man defending his case and selling his book with or without proof of his assertions against Chief Afe.

Now he has succeeded in incurring the wrath of the courts making a troublesome case worse. in addition to the original charges against him. Makes no sense for a lawyer to move like that imho.
