It is not that the child is looking up. That's not the issue. My concern is that the child is unable to focus her eyes, particularly the pupils. That's a sign of cognitive dysfunction.

The child is most likely on the autism spectrum.

I'm a private man that loves living his private life off the social media. But the day my wife brings any of my family matters online ( be it a picture/ video of our kids or any family business), shes going on leave for 3-6 months to her parents house.
