Baba s within his legal rights to sue Mr. Farotimi - in fact, Mr. Farotimi should be sued for all he is worth. It's already a fundamental rights infringement by the police to keep him beyond 48 hours behind bars without bringing him to face a judge, it's pathetic that the law is governed by how much one has in the land. A libel suit is not a murder suit, the police should release him or bring him to court. Let's assume the suit was against Barr Afe SAN will he be arrested and detained for this period for same libel? This country is not for the rule of law but rule of the high and mighty
