Congratulations!

1. The visa is valid for 90days (within the stated dates), the total number of days you can stay in France or other Schengen countries is 30days. Whether you go in and out 20times.
2. The 30days is the total number of days! Whether on single entry or multiple entry (if you visit 20times, the total number of days you are allowed must be 30days or lesser.
Thank you for this update..I appreciate.

For those travelling this December, there's something that happened to me.

Last week in November, 2024, I bought ticket.

Between Wednesday this week and today, I realized that the sharp gain of Naira against the dollar, means I paid more by a whole ₦560,000.

Kindly of painful as this is a lot of money.

If you've not bought your ticket, you can take advantage of the Naira strengthening to do so ASAP

Hello house, please for those that have traveled before, do I need my travel insurance to board flight?

Will the airline ask for it because Mine has expired 2 days ago though I’m traveling next week for just one week. I’d wish to know maybe I’d make another travel insurance before traveling so that the airline wouldn’t stop me from boarding.

Thanks.
Better to get a new one. They might never ask but don't risk it.

Those Schengen Airports have a special arrangement that when you are are traveling within the the Schengen zone, you won't see immigration that will stamp you out/in. It will just be like a local travel. Same thing at the other schengen country you are traveling to. You'll arrive at the airport and exit from an area that will not …….. cheesy
lol this reminds me of my first time flying within Schengen zone. I travelled from Lagos to Rome to Lisbon. We had to pass through immigration at Rome since that was the entry state, and then we landed at Lisbon. And I think the way the airport wings are structured, Schengen zone flights land in a wing that literally would lead you straight to baggage claim and exit. I was so confused, kept turning round and round because I was scared to not get stamped and get in trouble for it🤣. There was a lady who also flew in from the UK and was just as confused as I was. Until someone clarified. God knows, even then, I was still thinking of how to document the fact that I tried to find the immigrations place so they would just “stamp my passport” just in case. But I took solace in the fact that someone else was in the same predicament and had moved on.

Good day all, my sister invited my mom to Germany which all proper documents have been done on her end but the issue here is , we have been trying to book a short stay visa appointment on the website but it keeps saying “no appointment date”. I don’t know if this is a general issue or we are on the wrong website.
Anyone with a similar ordeal or can help with my situation should please reach out to me here or 08107203960
It being a Schengen visa is why I’m here, if you can help I will really appreciate it.
sad

I saw this on the Germany visa thread:

pepakov581:
You should check at 11pm to midnight. That’s when they release new dates I think.

Other opinions from same thread on same appointment matter

jaeima:
You have to keep checking at intervals.
Early mornings and Late nights
jaeima:
You can try checking in the mornings. Around 6-9am as midnight checking doesn’t work anymore. This was how I got a date.

A question please. My travel purpose is tourism at the same time I would like to dedicate a day to fly to another Schengen country to source for suppliers for my business (not buying any product, just sourcing suppliers for future business transactions) Can I mention this in the itinerary and cover letter? Is it safe to mention that? I am confused if they might deem the purpose of my visit as business and not tourism.
Please advise. Thanks a lot

Re: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by puffmama: 9:56am On Dec 12, 2024
You may have been issued. My last visa was ready after 3 days only and I was given one year perhaps because it was my 4th visa from France , I also had active UK and US visas.

Their Italian counterpart would rather convulse. My last application earlier this year, I had to withdraw my application after a month cos I needed to go to the US. I applied again this month 3rd of December, and TLS said it’d take 15 calendar days, so we will see. Snail fast pass Italian consulate. PS. I have gotten a Schengen from them in the past and I have valid US/UK/CA, and yet, them still slow.

Guys ! Please I need some clarifications as this has been bothering me since I entered France.

So, France issued my visa but I flew brussels airways . On getting to Belgium , they passed us through immigration and my passport was stamped in Belgium .. Is this a problem ? Upon getting to France, they just passed us through to the exit , no immigration.

Hi everyone,

I will be in France from December 26th to 28th, and I'm looking for accommodation for those two nights, preferably an Airbnb. Please let me know if you have any recommendations or options available so we can discuss pricing.

Thanks!
