Good news. China to the rescue again. Dangote is out to finish Nigerians. If not China telecoms sector would have collapsed in Africa. I believe them and their tactics

cutting production cost can be very dicey as it can result to low quality products and services which can create a bad impression on end users. If your end users begin to notice this, they might just take their money to someone else and you'll be the one with losses

Cutting production cut does not necessarily mean reducing the quality of the product. Cost could be cut on equipment raw materials purchases and labour, etc and this would reflect on the overall cost of production and sales.

No there won't be change in quality...for instance one of the ways I cut cost for my bakery business is by making deposit for my materials two months ahead....I also signed an mou with my yeast supplier to supply me for the whole year and he gets paid every six months for supplies already executed. So market price forces hardly weight my productivity down.

As they will be patronizing themselves and they hold major engineering contracts in the country. Then again they will win the local market with cheaper price.. This will definitely beat Dangote. I trust Chinese for slashing price of bag of cement to 1000 naira. Nigerians love cheap things and they will rush it regardless of its quality. This will also force that capitalist Dangote to reduce his own price. Congratulations to Nigerians especially those of us that have the plan to start building our houses.

We have so many Chinese companies in Nigeria and I don't know which consumer products that are cheap. The Chinese cement factory will not run at a loss. No cause for jubilation here. After all we had these companies existing along side Dangote cement. Bua made a lot of noise about his cement price reduction but discovered he will be doing charity rather than business given the current economic situation of the country. He retracted immediately. The Chinese should stop making noise

Competition is good

Yes, I believed so, most construction companies own by Chinese will patronise them. They are good at bringing cost of goods and services down and closer to people. Dangote is trying but love monopoly just to become world's richest man at the expense of burdens on his customers.

What we want is quality and affordable cement for Nigerians

I just love china.


Watch how the prices of cement will collapse.

And then watch how Nigeria government will chase Chinese company out for making life easy and affordable for Nigerians.
